John John Ginsburg
President, Co-Owner

John joined Floors Etc. in 1987 and is now the 4th generation of his family to take over the helm of the company. On a day-to-day basis, John oversees our commercial and retail sales and marketing efforts, spending much of his time working with the area’s leading general contractors, developers, architects and owners to insure that our company meets and exceeds our customers’ expectations. John graduated magna cum laude from the University of Maryland, College Park and is a Certified Public Accountant.

 Isaac Rosenberg
Chief Operating Officer, Co-Owner

Isaac joined Floors Etc. in 1974 and now oversees all operations, including project management and installations. Isaac's skills in the installation trade have been key to our company building the industry's leading installation company. Today, Isaac plays an integral role in all aspects of our company’s business including new business development and improving quality control.

 Lou Sarvino
Vice President - Operations

Lou has over 30 years of experience, the last 21 of which has been spent at Floors Etc., in all aspects of the flooring industry, including sales, estimating, project management, installation, and warehousing. At Floors Etc. Lou specializes in managing large commercial jobs in all product areas—ceramic and stone, hardwood, carpet and vinyl. Lou has earned advanced training and certifications from Armstrong, C&A, Shaw, Forbo, Mannington, Milliken, Bentley, Mohawk, Roberts, Orcon, and Gundlach.

 Dennis Walsh
Senior Vice President

Dennis began his career in the flooring industry more than 22 years ago, all spent here at Floors Etc. He knows everything there is to know about our company and how we can better serve our clients' needs in the commercial landscape and beyond. Dennis attended the University of Alabama and then played three years of professional baseball in the Detroit Tiger organization.

Sales Team

Myles Fleischer

Myles joined Floors Etc. in October of 2002. During his time here, he has worked in both our residential and commercial operations, making him a well rounded, well-seasoned member of our team. Before he found his passion for flooring, Myles spent 10 solid years immersed in the furniture industry, so he's well versed in space planning, materials, and design. Myles graduated with a B.A. in government from the University of Maryland, College Park.

 Yani Rosenberg

Yani joined the Floors Etc. team in the summer of 2008. And in a very short time, he has made some tremendous strides for our company, and therefore, our clients. Before coming to Floors Etc., Yani spent five years in investment sales at the prestigious T. Rowe Price. Yani is also a graduate of Johns Hopkins University.

 Dan Metzbower

Dan has over 18 solid years of commercial flooring sales service, 13 of which have been spent here at Floors Etc. So it goes without saying that he knows this business and this industry inside and out. He is ready and willing to answer any question you might have concerning the right flooring type for your next project.

 Bryan Hanford
Project Manager

Bryan has over 15 years experience in the both the residential and commercial floor covering industry. His knowledge and expertise in this area is a great asset to Floors-Etc. His experience in management, operations and sales lends itself perfectly to this role.

 Joe Miller
Project Manager

Joe joined Floors Etc. in 2004 in our residential division. He spent three years in the estimating department before moving to the commercial division in a project management role. During the next six years he experienced all aspects of our business from commercial tenant space to multi-family housing. Joe is now in a senior project management role that allows him to be involved in a multitude of projects at one time while still ensuring that our customer is getting the attention they deserve.
